Hello, I'm Michael, the M1 Performance Training's founder. For over a decade, my focus has been on coaching, training, and aiding individuals in recovering from physical ailments. Through my personal journey in movement and resolving my own injuries, I have acquired knowledge from exceptional systems that enable the development of strength and mobility, resulting in a superior look and feel compared to ten years ago. I've had the privilege of learning from esteemed physical therapists, chiropractors, and movement experts, which has equipped me with the ability to identify flawed movement patterns and construct a tailored plan for restoring your body.
Having undergone shoulder surgery and accomplishing a feat like lifting nearly 300 pounds overhead, the insights I've gathered throughout the years have not only enhanced my own strength but have also granted me a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing shoulder pain and limited mobility. My goal is to share these invaluable lessons with as many people as possible, aiding them in preventing injuries, improving their movement to unprecedented levels, and fostering functional strength that lasts a lifetime.
